Margreet de Vries

Margreet de Vries is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Surgery at the LUMC. She has extensive experience in preclinical studies with various rodent models of vascular diseases, including vein graft disease and arteriovenous fistula failure. She incorporated ultrasonographic evaluation in the murine model of AVF failure. Margreet is particularly interested in the role of vascular inflammation in AVF maturation.
