Zhuotao Xiao

Zhuotao Xiao has started his PhD project with dr.Joris Rotmans since September 2021. As Zhuotao has been a clinical nephrologist in the First Affliated Hospital of Suzhou University for 6 years, he has extensive experiences of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) operation and peritoneal dialysis. At the LUMC, he focuses his project on modifying the configuration of AVF to perform a better hemodynamics profile, and the influence of pulsatile waveform on the patency rate of AVF.
